Leadership Fellows Program
Program Overview
The Leadership Fellows are distinguished students who exhibit exemplary scholarship, integrity, maturity and a well-rounded personality through active engagement and leadership across the University. They serve as ambassadors of ¹û½´ÊÓÆµ, gaining unique opportunities to interact with ¹û½´ÊÓÆµâ€™s Executive Fellows, alumni, and industry leaders.
By integrating the strengths of the Executive Fellows, the ¹û½´ÊÓÆµ Leadership Fellows Program will empower students and strengthen the University’s ties with its successful alumni, fostering a community of engaged and dynamic leaders.
Objectives
- Develop Leadership Competencies:Â Foster critical leadership skills through targeted workshops and real-world applications.
- Enhance Networking Opportunities: Facilitate connections with alumni, industry leaders and Executive Fellows.
- Encourage Personal Growth:Â Promote self-awareness and personal development.
- Prepare for Leadership Roles:Â Equip students for future leadership positions in various sectors.
- Strengthen Alumni Engagement:Â Integrate alumni more deeply into the University community through the Executive Fellows Program.
Selection Process
- Eligibility: Open to juniors, seniors and graduate students starting Fall 2025. The deans of each college will nominate the cohort.
- Application: Candidates apply by highlighting their academic achievements, leadership experiences and a personal statement on their leadership aspirations.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates undergo a comprehensive interview process.
- Selection: A committee will select 20 students for the program.
