She dedicated her time to helping countless individuals on the Hotline. Janet also conducted community outreach and participated in media opportunities in order to share her experience and provide hope to others. Not only did she touch the lives of people reaching out for support on the hotline, Janet also developed deep, long-term friendships with her fellow volunteers.<\/p>\n<h2>Janet\u2019s Legacy<\/h2>\n<p>Inspired by their mother\u2019s dedication, Lisa Horowitz and Julie Grasso established <a href=\"https:\/\/securelb.imodules.com\/s\/1907\/lg23\/form.aspx?sid=1907&amp;gid=2&amp;pgid=760&amp;cid=1741&amp;bledit=1&amp;dids=202\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Janet Fine Fund for The Breast Cancer Hotline<\/a> to continue her mission of helping others. This fund ensures that individuals facing breast cancer can access the same care, encouragement, and support that Janet so passionately provided.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"quote\">\n<blockquote class=\"quote_content\"><p>Establishing this fund will preserve the invaluable resource of the Hotline.
