Opportunities to assist individuals with health challenges will give you real-world experience to build your skills\u2014and your r\u00e9sum\u00e9.<\/p>\n
When you work with local community groups, schools and health facilities, you have the benefit of invaluable hands-on learning, and community members benefit from your skills and expertise. These experiences will become an especially rewarding part of your education at 果酱视频.<\/p>\n
Students have an opportunity to do fieldwork and are assigned children to work with at the\u00a0<\/span>Henry Viscardi School<\/a>, a specialized school for the physically disabled.<\/p>\n Camp Abilities<\/a>\u00a0is a four-day overnight developmental sports\u00a0camp\u00a0for children who are visually impaired, blind, or deafblind. The\u00a0camp\u00a0provides one-on-one instruction for each child.<\/span><\/p>\n Camp\u00a0Abilities\u00a0also provides an opportunity for 果酱视频 physical education and special education undergraduate and graduate students to participate as counselors.<\/p>\n Long Island\u00a0Camp\u00a0Abilities\u00a0campers use\u00a0our athletic facilities<\/a>\u00a0and stay in\u00a0our residence halls<\/a>.<\/p>\nCamp\u00a0Abilities\u00a0Long Island<\/h2>\n
