This option helps create an environment that acknowledges, respects, and celebrates the diversity of our student body. Students may choose Coed Housing if they wish to select a roommate outside of the Online Roommate Portal.<\/p>\n<p>Each hall offers a distinct living experience.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>In Chapman Hall and Eddy Hal<\/strong>l, students enjoy community-style living with shared restrooms, common social spaces, and events geared toward underclass students.<\/li>\n<li><strong> In Residence Halls A and B<\/strong>, students have access to semi-private restrooms shared only among those in their suite, along with building amenities and social events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students participating in Coed Housing will select their own spaces and form roommate groups through the traditional room selection process.<\/p>\n<p>To participate, you must first complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adelphi.edu\/housing\/on-campus-housing\/residential-communities\/application\/?type=Coeducational%20(Coed)%20Housing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Residential Communities Application<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Coeducational Housing\u2014currently available in Chapman Hall, Eddy Hall, and Residence Halls A and B\u2014allows students to select their own roommates ahead of the room selection process.
