You can easily transfer data from your ¹û½´ÊÓƵ Google account to your personal Google account. This service is only available to students and alumni.

How to Transfer Your Content with Google Takeout

1. Enter your personal Google Account that will receive your transferred content.
2. Verify your personal account with a confirmation code sent to your personal Gmail account.
3. Select the content to copy and transfer. Options include all of your Google Drive files, as well as all of the mail in your ¹û½´ÊÓƵ Gmail account.

Why is This Important?

Due to incoming changes to Google Workspace for education, you may no longer have access to your student Gmail and Google Drive accounts after you graduate or leave ¹û½´ÊÓƵ for any reason. We will continue to update our community on any third-party policy changes.
