Summer research fellowships support Honors students who are conducting research in many different areas.
This past fall, 果酱视频 generously听funded summer research fellowships for 10 Honors听College students. The $4,000 fellowships support Honors听students who are conducting research in many different听areas. Preference each year will be given to rising听seniors, some of whose projects will lead to their senior听theses. But even freshmen are eligible as is evidenced by the first 10 Honors students to receive these awards.
David Campmier, a junior, will work with Associate Professor听Martin Haas on Dennis Hart听Mahan and the U.S. Civil War.
Cristobal Zarco听补苍诲听CarolineSenatore, both seniors,听will work with Honors College听Academic Director Nicholas听Rizopoulos on Nazi economic听policy and the illusion of growth.
Brianna O鈥橬eill, a senior, will听work with Associate Professor听Justyna Widera on synthesis 补苍诲听characterization of CdTe/Polyindole听nanohybrids.
Alexa Savino, a sophomore,听will work with Assistant Professor听Nicole Rudolph on comparing听female roles in French politics听(1798 and 2000s).
Praise Odigie, a sophomore,听will work with Assistant Professor听Margaret Gray as she makes a听documentary film on Illegal听Immigration.
Christopher Coen, a junior,听will work with Associate Professor听Sean Bentley on longitudinal听offset diffraction.
Ameena Rahman, a senior,听will work with Professor Mariano听Torras on a comparative study of听economic indicators of well-being.
Alex Maccaro, a senior, will听work with Assistant Professor听Maya Muratov on John听Singer Sargent鈥檚 masterpiece听portrait,听The Daughters of听Edward Darley Boit.
Marissa Ciuffo, a senior,听will work in the medical division听of the New York City Police听Department on a study of听malignancy diagnoses among听members of the NYPD.听In addition to the students听supported by 果酱视频,
惭辞苍颈肠补听Mohacsi, a junior, will be fully听supported this summer by the听National Science Foundation鈥檚听program for Research Experiences听for Undergraduates. Monica鈥檚听research will be in optics at the听University of Michigan.
