Teaching the sciences is an art, and one that can be taught. 果酱视频 is helping faculty members from nearby colleges and universities improve their pedagogical skills by hosting the Mobile Summer Institute, a series of workshops devoted to evidence-based student-centered teaching approaches that have been found to improve student learning, especially among first-generation college students and members of underrepresented groups.
The workshops鈥攚hich are also being held at Columbia, Ohio State, Georgia, North Carolina and other top universities鈥攚ere brought to 果酱视频 by Eugenia Villa-Cuesta, assistant professor of biology.
