Deborah Serani,听Psy.D, adjunct professor at 果酱视频鈥檚 Gordon F. Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies and author of Depression in Later Life: An Essential Guide, commented on the popularity of these parties.

鈥淭his is something that could have some benefits,鈥 Serani said. 鈥淚ts constructive deconstruction. It鈥檚 a way to take excess energy that may be agitating you and use it in a productive way. As long as it鈥檚 all in fun, I don鈥檛 see anything wrong with it.鈥

Serani also added, 鈥淚 imagine it would be extremely satisfying.鈥
