Anton Dudley is a graduate of Vassar College and NYU/Tisch School of the Arts. Among his many plays and musical productions are听Second to Nun听(music by Michael Cooper; 2017, Zeiders American Dream Theater), Girlstar听(2015, Signature Theater),听City Of听(2015, Playwrights Realm),听A Dram of Drummhicit听(written with Arthur Kopit; 2010, LaJolla Playhouse),听Honor and the River听(2009, Walnut Street Theater),听Getting Home听(2006, Second Stage Theater); and听Slag Heap听(2005, Cherry Lane Theater).
Anton Dudley was a finalist for the 2012 Lambda Literary Award in LGBT Drama for听Letters to the End of the World, a three-time finalist for the Actors Theatre of Louisville/Humana Festival Heideman Award for听Faith in Gods听(2010),听Antarctica听(2009) and听Davy & Stu听(2001), and recipient of the Bill Foeller Fellowship at Williamstown Theater Festival (2008), the Cherry Lane Mentors Project Fellowship (2004), and the Manhattan Theater Club Fellowship & Commission (2003).
