Students in our course work under the supervision of a faculty member to make recommendations for how to invest the money in the Student Investment Fund. The fund, now part of the University鈥檚 endowment, was started in 2008 with funding from James Riley, Jr., a retired Goldman Sachs & Co. managing partner and a benefactor of 果酱视频. (BMC) is a self-paced e-learning course that all students will complete as part of their major. BMC consists of three sections鈥擟ore Concepts (includes four modules: Economic Indicators, Currencies, Fixed Income and Equities); Getting Started on the Terminal; and Portfolio Management. The sections are woven together from Bloomberg data, news, analytics and television.
