Employee Handbook
The Handbook is intended to serve as a practical guide to the personnel policies and practices for employees of ¹û½´ÊÓƵ.
Purpose of the Employee Handbook
The Employee Handbook is a summary compiled for the convenience of our employees and supervisors, it is not intended to cover all topics or circumstances which will guide employees in the performance of their duties.
Updates and Revisions
We reserve the right (on an individual basis or generally) to make any revisions, modifications, interpretations, or deletions to the policies stated herein or to any other ¹û½´ÊÓƵ policies, procedures, benefits, or other programs, at any time with or without notice at ¹û½´ÊÓƵ’s sole discretion. From time to time, employees may receive updated information and it will be your responsibility to update your individual copy of this Handbook.

Policy Precedence
Where there are differences between the provisions of this Handbook and more specific statements contained in the policies and procedures of ¹û½´ÊÓƵ or the benefit plan documents, those documents shall control.
Employment Relationship
Nothing in this Handbook is intended to create an express or implied contract of employment. While it is our hope at ¹û½´ÊÓƵ that you will have a long, fulfilling and successful career with us, all non-union employment is at-will, which means that either the employee or ¹û½´ÊÓƵ has the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause or notice.
No oral or written representation made by any employee, supervisor or manager of ¹û½´ÊÓƵ can modify the employment at-will relationship unless it is reduced to written agreement and signed by the employee and Senior Management or the Office of Human Resources of ¹û½´ÊÓƵ.
Supersession of Previous Policies
This Handbook replaces and supersedes any and all previous Human Resources manuals, guidelines, handbooks or memos and all oral and written descriptions and explanations of ¹û½´ÊÓƵ’s policies.
This Handbook applies to all employees regardless of date of hire.
Union Employee Considerations
For union employees, if the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement for your union covers specific topics also included in this Handbook, your CBA supersedes this Handbook on those topics only. Otherwise this Handbook is the primary policy source.
